Jack earned his Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Professional Writing. Jack then earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law where he was the Secretary of the International Law Society and the Vice-President of the Catholic Law Students Association

Jack began practicing law with his father, Hon. Judge Robert Wynn, in Jefferson, Ohio, in the law firm founded by Jack’s grandfather in 1935. Jack practiced probate and criminal law in Jefferson, with a focus on juvenile criminal law.

At Perry & Neblett Jack has worked on dozens of insurance disputes and has been actively involved in insurance litigation in researching, drafting and otherwise assisting with litigation including Notice of Civil Remedy Violations, Motions to Dismiss, and Motions for Summary Judgment in both State (trial and appellate level) and Federal Courts, in addition to attending field inspections as often as possible.
