Brittany Dekine was born in Orange, California. Admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2014, the Florida Bar in 2016, and the District of Columbia Bar in 2017 Education: University of Miami cum laude with a Bachelor in Business Administration with a Political Science Major and Religious Studies Minor. (2008) Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2012.

Professional Information:

Brittany began her law career as a legal assistant for a Miami personal injury firm before heading to law school. During law school, Brittany clerked for a Worker’s Compensation Insurance Company and for state legislator Samuel I. “Sandy” Rosenberg in the Maryland House of Delegates. She also assisted with Maryland’s International Human Rights Legal Theory and Practice Clinic as a Rule 16 Attorney.

Brittany started practicing law as a products liability attorney where she represented thousands of clients harmed by medical devices and pharmaceutical drugs. She also worked on the other side of insurance cases as a defense attorney as well as being a defense attorney for slip and fall premise liability cases before joining the firm.

Brittany is a zealous advocate on behalf of her clients, and she brings competence and diligence to each case. She is driven by her compassion for her client’s plight which motivates her to achieve the best possible result for them. Additionally, she takes pride in bringing a detail oriented approach to her cases as well effective written and oral advocacy skills. She is deeply committed to accomplishing favorable results for her clients.

Brittany enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and solving complex logic puzzles on her free time.
