The firm’s attorneys’ represented a well-known marina/repair facility in West Palm Beach and handled both the underlying trial and the appeal.  The underlying action concerned a claim for breach for purportedly defective repairs rendered to a 158’ sailing yacht. The case was tried before a jury in the summer of 2013 which resulted in a verdict in favor of the defendant/marina.  The owner of the sailing yacht appealed and attempted to raise several pre-trial and post-trial issues.  Perry & Neblett, P.A. prepared the detailed briefs in what turned out to be a highly contested .  The Forth District Court of Appeals issued a Per Curiam Opinion which affirmed the verdict in favor of the marina.  Another huge win for the Perry & Neblett, P.A. team!
