Thomas Campbell, Esq.

In 2015, Thomas graduated from cum laude from Nova Southeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, minors in Psychology and Business. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Thomas attended Florida International University College of Law where he would earn his Juris Doctor in 2019.

While in law school, Thomas served as an Articles Editor on the FIU Law Review, and was an active member of the FIU Law Moot Court Board of Appellate Advocates. Thomas also served on the Student Bar Association (SBA) as its elected Executive Vice President. Thomas competed with the Negotiation & Mediation Team, and received accolades at both national and international competitions. Additionally, Thomas’s academic Note was selected by faculty and published in the FIU Law Review journal. 13 FIU L. Rev. 513 (2019).

During law school, Thomas had the distinct honor to serve as Judicial Intern to the Honorable Jose E. Martinez of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Notably, Thomas also worked as Research Assistant to Prof. Charles C. Jalloh (ILC) at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City and at the United Nations Office in Geneva, Switzerland.

Upon recognizing the unfair practices employed by major insurance corporations against their insured, Thomas decided to join Perry & Neblett, P.A.’s renowned insurance and maritime litigation practices. With Perry & Neblett, P.A., he fights on behalf of the too often mistreated “little guy.” As a Litigation Associate, Thomas has appeared in numerous hearings, depositions, mediations, and field inspections.

A native South Floridian and Eagle Scout, Thomas enjoys spending time boating and exercising outdoors.
